For soldiers and their spouses and children who are connected to units, detachments, and elements of the New York Army National Guard located in Monroe County, New York. 

Description:

For National Guard members, their spouses and dependents who:
  • Demonstrate financial need, scholastic merit (2.0 GPA or higher), and a good record of military proficiency and conduct.
  • Are accepted into a school, college or university.
  • Are enrolled in full or part-time study (minimum six credit hours per semester).
  • Are connected to the Armey National Guard at Patriot Way in Rochester, NY.
