Description:

For junior or senior high school students in Monroe County who:
  • Have the courage to fight for an idea.
  • Have a creative spirit.
  • Have an interest in artistic expression (sewing, visual arts, woodworking, baking/cooking, poetry, dance, music, etc.).
  • Have a “C” average or better.
Preference is given to students who attends a high school in the Rochester City School District. Additionally, home-schooled or private school students will be considered.
